Bath Demolition were employed to demolish an existing unoccupied dwelling to enable the construction of a mixed housing development near Trowbridge.

We acted as principal contractor for the works and were tasked with the Asbestos removal, demolition and site clearance.
Asbestos materials were located throughout the property and were removed under controlled conditions prior to the demolition taking place.
Once demolished all of the rubble produced was recycled using our mobile crushing plant and left on site for re-use by the main contractor for the new build phase of the works.
All other waste was taken for appropriate re-cycling.
