Bath demolition were employed to Strip out this former food production factory back to its original shell to enable the construction of a new manufacturing facility.
The scope of the project was to decommission existing plant, demolish various out buildings and plant rooms, Carry out an internal soft strip and clear all materials from site.
Particular care was needed on this project due to the location of live services that run through the middle of the site.
There was also a live Vodafone mast and cell station located in the site and needed to be protected throughout the works.
Bath Demolition carried out these works in accordance with the clients programme and scope.
